Staffing ratios - goal is 1:4, but can be 1:5 "Weekends - variable based on unit needs "No set/blocked scheduling as that is not something we offer our permanent staff "Self-schedule requests - you will enter your schedule requests so we can see your preferred schedule before balancing and posting the final schedule "First week of orientation is Mon - Fri dayshift. Second week is 36hrs of on-unit orientation with a preceptor "Floating to other Med/Surg and Oncology Units
If you accept a 12D/N rotating contract, you may be scheduled for days, nights, or a combination of both, depending on the department s needs. Shift assignments are reviewed every 4-week scheduling period, but changes are not guaranteed and are based on staffing priorities at that time.
