- Experience: Minimum 3 years, with at least 1 year in Oncology (5 years preferred)
- California RN License
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ONS/ONCC; OCN preferred
- Flu Vaccine: Required (no exemptions or declinations)
- Special Requirements: EPIC proficiency
