Position Overview
Department: Surgery
Schedule: Weekend shifts may exceed every other weekend to accommodate unit needs.
Floating: May be required to float between Main OR and OP Surgery Center.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years required (3 years preferred with experience in surgical procedures outlined in unit description).
Travelers: No first-time travelers accepted.
Certifications: ACLS (preferred), BCLS.
On-call: Approximately 70-90 hours in a 6-week period, split evenly among caregivers.
Weekend/Holiday Call: 0700-0700.
Local Radius: 50 miles - contact Area Manager for local rate.
Start Date: ASAP.
Charting: Epic experience highly preferred.
Pending License: Not accepted.
RTO: Must be included at the time of submission with restrictions.
Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off once per two-week pay period.
