Champion patient safety and advocacy by managing the surgical environment and monitoring patient conditions before, during, and after procedures to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
Facilitate high-precision surgical interventions by expertly managing sterile instruments and assisting physicians with critical tasks like suturing and wound exposure.
Coordinate the surgical "nerve center" as a circulator, maintaining clear communication with the entire medical team and documenting the patient journey with meticulous detail.
Optimize the operative environment by preparing specialized equipment and sterile fields, ensuring the surgical suite is primed for high-quality, efficient care delivery.
Drive clinical excellence through teamwork by collaborating directly with surgeons and anesthesia providers to anticipate needs and mitigate risks during invasive procedures.
