Shift: Day Shift (06:30 AM 05:00 PM)
Schedule: 4x10-Hour (Mon Fri, rotating day off)
Note: OR Circulating RN | All service lines except CV, Neurosurgery, and Orthopedics | On-call required (minimal)

Position Overview:
The OR Registered Nurse provides perioperative care as a circulating nurse, ensuring patient safety and coordination throughout surgical procedures across multiple service lines in a fast-paced operating room environment.

Job Duties:

• Perform circulating RN duties during surgical procedures
• Prepare and maintain sterile operating room environment
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical team
• Monitor patient status throughout procedures
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to protocols
• Assist with patient positioning, safety checks, and equipment setup
• Participate in on-call rotation and late stays as needed

Requirements:
Licensure: Active RN License (State of Tennessee)
Experience:

• Minimum 2 years OR circulating experience required
• Experience across multiple surgical service lines preferred

Certifications:

• BLS Required
• ACLS Preferred

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work across various surgical specialties (excluding CV, Neuro, Ortho)
• On-call required (2 3 times/month, including minimal weekend call)
• First-time travelers not preferred but considered with strong experience
• No block scheduling
