We're seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our surgical team. In this role, you'll work alongside orthopedic surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative teammates to deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate care throughout the surgical experience.
What You'll Do
As an OR RN, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a safe and seamless surgical experience by:
Circulating surgical cases in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic surgery center
Preparing operating rooms, equipment, instruments, and supplies for scheduled procedures
Verifying patient identity, surgical site, and procedure in accordance with safety protocols
Serving as the patient's advocate before, during, and after surgery
Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and the perioperative team
Anticipating the needs of the surgical team to promote efficient case flow
Monitoring patients throughout the intraoperative phase while maintaining safety and comfort
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Assisting with inventory management and maintaining appropriate supply levels
Responding quickly and effectively to changes in patient condition or surgical needs
What You'll Bring
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Operating Room (OR) nursing experience required
Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing principles and surgical procedures
Experience circulating surgical cases
Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred, if applicable)

Compensation Range for this position:
$36.63 - $54.95Compensation for this role will be based on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geography/market, and internal equity considerations.
