Shift: Days (06:30 AM – 03:00 PM), Monday – Friday
On-Call: Required
Assignment Type: Travel Contract

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN-OR) to join a dynamic surgical team in Tyler, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise across multiple surgical specialties and be comfortable working in a fast-paced OR environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room setting
• Assist surgeons during procedures across various specialties
• Ensure proper sterile techniques and maintain a safe surgical environment
• Monitor patient condition before, during, and after surgery
• Collaborate with surgical team members for optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient information using Epic EMR

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Experience with DaVinci robotic systems
• Exposure to endovascular and ophthalmology (eye) procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license (state or compact)
• Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience
• Experience in the following specialties:
  • Orthopedic
  • General Surgery
  • Neuro
  • Vascular
  • Urology
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
