In our rural setting, you will build meaningful relationships with a close-knit patient population and play a vital role across two specialized service lines: oncology/infusion and wound care. The ideal candidate is adaptable, clinically curious, and motivated to develop advanced competencies in both infusion therapy (including chemotherapy) and comprehensive wound management. This role is designed to support a flexible care model, with the RN cross-trained to float between both departments based on patient and operational needs. Position Details:
Position Summary: The RN provides direct patient care within the scope of practice, supporting both oncology/infusion and wound care services. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, treatment administration, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
