Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse at A Rosie Place for Children, you play a vital role in fulfilling our mission of creating a world of “YES” for medically fragile children and their families.

You will:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to medically fragile children
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Team coordination to implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Assist with medical treatments as needed
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Indiana
• CPR certification is required. PALS certification is impressive.
• Pediatric or critical care experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong knowledge of medication administration and patient assessment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
• A compassionate heart and a desire to make a meaningful impact

Job Types: Part-time, Full-Time, PRN, 12 Hour Shifts

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour increase based on experience

Expected hours: TBD

Ability to Commute: South Bend, IN 46628 (Required), Work Location: In person
