What Youll Do:
Coordinate and oversee medical care for individuals with diverse healthcare needs
Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as ordered
Complete assessments and monitor ongoing health concerns
Educate and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) on medical care and equipment
Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with state regulations and best practices
Participate in quality improvement, infection prevention, and medical training initiatives
What Were Looking For:
Active RN license (2+ years of nursing experience preferred)
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care
Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
