Job Description
DESCRIPTION
The RN is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice. The RN also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care within the assigned unit. The RN is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to their assigned patients. The RN communicates with physician about changes in the patient’s clinical condition including monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Can respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment.

REQUIREMENTS
An academic degree in nursing; ASN, BSN or MSN
Current nursing license in country of citizenship or residence
At least 2 years of recent experience in clinical setting (Hospital) working in a Registered Nurse position; practices/internships do not count towards this experience
In some cases, 1 year is enough but most require a minimum of 2 years
Be willing to relocate to the United States within 30 days of receiving & accepting the job offer
English fluency - speak, read & write English well enough to be able to go through the interview process; be it via telephone, Skype or in person, & possess the communication fluency to perform your job duties without the assistance of an interpreter or translator
