Pay Rate
Local: $52–$55/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide outpatient clinical care, patient screening, medication administration, wound care, phlebotomy, and accurate electronic documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Strong nursing assessment and patient screening skills.

• Experience obtaining and documenting vital signs.

• Phlebotomy experience.

• Experience with medication administration, including PO and IM medications and vaccines.

• Strong technology literacy and accurate electronic documentation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong critical-thinking and time-management abilities.

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.

• Wound care experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Outpatient/clinic nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and patient screenings.

• Obtain, monitor, and accurately document patient vital signs.

• Perform phlebotomy and assist with laboratory specimen collection.

• Follow up with patients regarding abnormal laboratory results and conduct patient recalls as needed.

• Administer medications, including oral and intramuscular medications and vaccines, according to established protocols.

• Provide wound care and monitor patient conditions.

• Accurately document patient care and clinical information using electronic systems.

• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other members of the care team.

• Apply critical thinking to identify patient needs and escalate concerns appropriately.

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

• Manage multiple patient-care responsibilities efficiently while maintaining safety and accuracy.

• Follow applicable clinical, safety, infection-control, and organizational policies.
