This is a unique opportunity to be part of a brand-new service line at the Novant Health Menopause Care and Sexual Wellness Center. You'll help shape the patient experience from the ground up alongside a close-knit, collaborative team in a genuinely supportive atmosphere — the kind of place where questions are welcomed and everyone pitches in.

• Predictable schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, with a flexible Friday
• Meaningful, specialized care: work one-on-one with patients navigating menopause and sexual wellness concerns, often for the first time they've felt comfortable discussing them
• Varied day-to-day: precharting, patient rooming, order entry, and direct support of providers — no two days look the same

Education:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• If your RN license has been inactive, retired, or lapsed for five or more years (and you haven't held licensure in another state during that time), completion of a Board-approved refresher course is required prior to reactivation or reinstatement. Reinstatement must be requested within one year of completing the course.

Experience:

• One year of relevant experience preferred

Licensure/Certification:

• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state, required
• Advanced certifications as required per facility

Additional Skills/Requirements:

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with effective verbal and non-verbal communication
• Sound conflict resolution and critical thinking abilities
• Computer literacy
• Willingness to complete advanced training as required by the department

The Registered Nurse serves as a leader of the healthcare team at Novant Health by establishing an authentic, personalized relationship with the patient and their chosen support system, collaborating with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care that promotes optimal health. The Registered Nurse utilizes best scientific evidence and compassion to guide patients through this deeply personal chapter of their health journey.
