RN will travel 1-2 days per week to support surgeon in clinic at the Carmel office.
Core Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30PM. No weekends, No holidays, No call.
Responsibilities:
Prepare preoperative packets for patients, provide education at clinic visits before surgery, and place preoperative orders
Phone triage
Assist with clinic flow orders, in-office procedures, ex: injections/aspirations) and rooming patients
Learn surgery scheduling process
Complete FMLA/Short Term Disability paperwork
Assist with prior authorizations for surgeries/procedures
Collaborate with Pre-Services department, PAT clinic, OR staff, and Physicians
