Job Description

Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse Outpatient delivers high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to pediatric patients and their families within the outpatient clinic setting. This role focuses on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for children with various medical conditions. Schedule: 7:30am-5:00pmKey Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes assessment data to determine diagnosis/issues

• Identifies expected outcomes and develops a plan that prescribes strategies which address health promotion and restoration, health maintenance, or health related problems or issues and alternatives to attain expected outcomes

• Implements the identified plan and coordinates care delivery

• Employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment

• Utilizes current resources related to standards of care, policies and procedures, and patient needs

Required Qualifications

• RN license for current State

• BLS

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual

• 2 years of acute care nursing

• BSN

Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
