About Southern Pain & Spine
Southern Pain & Spine is a respected interventional pain management practice dedicated to helping patients regain function and improve their quality of life. Our board-certified physicians provide personalized treatment plans and advanced minimally invasive procedures across multiple North Georgia and Metro Atlanta locations. 

What You'll Do
As a Registered Nurse, you'll help deliver safe, high-quality care before, during, and after outpatient procedures while working closely with physicians and the surgical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Assess patients and obtain comprehensive nursing histories. 
  • Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions and changes. 
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing care plans. 
  • Educate patients and families regarding procedures, recovery, and ongoing care. 
  • Coordinate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members. 
  • Administer nursing care in accordance with established clinical policies and protocols. 
  • Evaluate patient responses to treatment and adjust care as appropriate. 
  • Supervise and support non-licensed clinical personnel when assigned. 
  • Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record. 
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities. 
Qualifications
Required
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. 
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program. 
  • Current BLS certification. 
  • Knowledge of current nursing standards and applicable Nurse Practice Act. 
  • Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical setting. 
Preferred
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). 
  • Certified Post Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN). 
  • One or more years of experience in the Operating Room (OR) and/or Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). 
  • Previous outpatient surgery or pain management experience.
