Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for an adult patient in the home setting.

Overnight Shifts (12 Hours):

• Monday
• Wednesday
• Thursday
• Saturday
• Sunday

Additional Day Shift Available:

• Saturday

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to an adult patient in the home environment
• Complete patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Follow and update the patient care plan as needed
• Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and the clinical team
• Deliver patient and family education
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient status

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• One year of nursing experience preferred
• Homecare, trach/vent, pediatric, or critical care experience is a plus
• Excellent assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a homecare setting
