As a PACU RN, you will provide high-quality care to patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures, ensuring a safe and smooth transition through the post-operative phase.
What You'll Do
Assess, monitor, and care for patients recovering from anesthesia and surgery.
Coordinate and manage individualized plans of care.
Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
Educate and support patients and families throughout the recovery process.
Utilize sound clinical judgment to promote patient safety and positive outcomes.
Supervise and delegate care as appropriate.
Required
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or another compact licensure state.
Preferred
BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
