The Palliative Care Registered Nurse assesses and treats symptoms, coordinates care, performs education for patients and families and assists with transition of care during a severe/chronic illness or before end of life. Palliative care nurses work with other disciplines and family to ensure the best care and quality of life are met for the patient. Millennium Home Health is seeking a full-time Palliative Care Registered Nurse for Tulsa and surrounding communities.
