LifeBridge Health is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within our regional healthcare organization in Maryland. As an integral member of a multidisciplinary care team, the Registered Nurse delivers high-quality, patient-centered care across a comprehensive continuum of services, including hospitals, specialty centers, and community health-related operations. In this role, you will perform comprehensive and focused assessments, administer medications and treatments safely, and develop and implement individualized care plans in partnership with patients, families, physicians, and allied health professionals. You will coordinate care throughout the patient journey, from admission through discharge and follow-up, ensuring timely communication, accurate documentation in the electronic health record, and smooth transitions between care settings. The position emphasizes compassionate, culturally sensitive care and clear patient and family education to promote understanding, engagement, and long-term well-being in the diverse communities we serve. You will practice in an environment that values innovation and continuous improvement, participating in quality and patient-safety initiatives, evidence-based practice projects, and process-improvement efforts to elevate outcomes and the patient experience. Collaboration is central to this role, as you will contribute actively to interdisciplinary rounds, huddles, and care conferences, advocating for patient needs and working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, therapists, pharmacists, and support staff. LifeBridge Health’s culture encourages professional growth and development; as a Registered Nurse, you will have access to ongoing education, skills training, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement into clinical specialties, leadership, education, or community outreach roles. You will also help foster a supportive learning environment by mentoring new nurses and students, sharing best practices, and modeling professional, ethical behavior. This position operates in a hybrid care environment, primarily on-site in clinical settings with potential opportunities to support telehealth, remote patient education, or care coordination functions depending on departmental needs. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving health outcomes and promoting wellness in the community. By joining LifeBridge Health, you will be part of an organization dedicated to compassionate patient care, innovation in healthcare delivery, and meaningful engagement with the communities of Maryland.
