About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse with Botkin Care and Rehab, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your duties will include:

• Providing direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments

• Assisting in the development and implementation of individualized care plans

• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to the healthcare team

• Collaborating with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and staff education programs

Requirements:
