Schedule:Day shift |Part-time 

Salary range: $39.75 - 56.11 per hour 

How you'll make an impact in this role:

• Deliver direct nursing care, implement individualized care plans, and carry out provider orders while continuously monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition changes in according with established protocols.

• Perform pre-procedure nursing assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to identify, evaluate, and coordinate patient discharge planning needs prior to surgery.

• Serve as the primary liaison across all clinical disciplines, medical staff, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless, well-coordinated patient care delivery throughout the pre-admission phase.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
  transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
  hire.

What additional requirements you'll need:

• RN with 3-5 years PAT or Day Surgery experience, or hospital nursing experience.
