" Contract Length/Shift Details: 4x12s, 645p-715a
" Charting: EPIC experience required
" Floating: Staffing needs are Re-evaluated every 4 hours, so traveler could float 2-3 times per shift (up to every 4 hours)
" Weekend Requirement: May be EOW or 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week scheduling block
" Holiday Requirement: Must work one holiday per 13-week contract
" Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes
" Locals Accepted? Radius Rule: Yes. Refer to the Submittal Instructions for radius rule criteria
" Pending License Accepted: Yes, only if the candidate holds a single-state license from a non-compact state. Otherwise, submission must include an active Virginia State or Compact RN/LPN license
" RTO, Block & Special Scheduling Requests: ALL requests must be included with the submission
" Call Off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2-weeks
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

" ACLS, BLS
REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS

" Experienced in IV therapy, phlebotomy, and blood product administration
" Skilled in central line care, trach management, and non-invasive airway support including nasal cannula, CPAP/BiPAP, and chest tubes (Emerson/PleurEvac)
" Proficient in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, titrating cardiac drips, and responding to emergencies via Rapid Response/Code teams
" Capable of managing PCA and heparin protocols, administering IV insulin, and handling endocrine/metabolic conditions
" Background includes telemetry and stepdown-level care (PCU/DOU/IMC), with cardiovascular experience in pre/post cardiac cath settings
