$41.49 - $62.24 an hour - Per Diem Days, - 12 hours day shifts

*Range includes per diem differential +$2.50/hr for weekend shifts.



Boulder Community Health is seeking a Registered Nurse – for Imaging & Interventional Radiology- to provide quality, evidence-based practice, direct patient care in Interventional Radiology, CT, MRI, US, Nuclear Medicine and Diagnostic Imaging departments.  

The preferred candidate would have Vascular Access experience in placing PICCS and Midlines.

Qualifications 

•ICU / IR experience required. 

•Valid Colorado Registered Nurse license.

•ACLS certification is required by the end of the conditional period.

•BLS is required by the end of the conditional period.

•Prefer Imaging/IR experience as well as/or PD Vascular Access RN experience.

•Staff starting after 9/1/26 will be required to be Vascular Access trained within 12 months of hire

•Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience a must.  

•Preferred Imaging /IR experience and or Vascular Access experience.  

•Moderate sedation experience preferred.



Responsibilities

•Provide nursing care in conformance with current recognized nursing practice, procedures, policies and established standards of care.

•Enhance the quality and timeliness of patient care by working cooperatively with other personnel.

•Review all pre-procedural tests to assure patient safety. Incomplete or unusual findings are reported to the radiologist and documented prior to procedure.

•Starts IV's and access and discontinue access of Ports.

•Monitor patient conditions continuously for immediate recognition, interpretation and management.

•Administer intravenous sedatives for procedural/moderate sedation and titrate medications.

•Facilitate inter-departmental communication with staff and physicians.

•Assist Anesthesia during MRI Sedation cases.

•Monitor and assist pacemaker patients during MRI exams.
