Job Title: Registered Nurse - Pediatric Emergency Center
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma 74136
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift/Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM; weekend and holiday requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process.
• Care for pediatric emergency patients according to hospital standards and unit policies.
• Individualize patient care plans based on clinical, cultural, psychosocial, and age-related factors.
• Perform appropriate nursing skills and prioritize care based on patient needs.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changing situations.
• Document assessments, interventions, outcomes, and nursing care accurately.
• Delegate tasks and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Facilitate patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Make timely referrals and collaborate with other disciplines.
• Participate in performance improvement and educational activities.
• Complete required variance reports and mandatory training/in-services.

Requirements:

• 0–6 months of related experience accepted.
• Epic experience required.
• Valid Oklahoma RN license or multistate RN license.
• BLS certification through AHA.
• PALS certification.

Preferences:

• Pediatric nursing experience.
• Previous Pediatric Emergency Center/ER experience.
