Summary:
- Location: Childrens Hospital Colorado @ Anschutz Medical Campus
- Duration: 13 Weeks (06/09/26 - 09/12/26)
- Shift Times: 10-Hour Days | 7:00 AM 5:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care in the Pediatric Operating Room.
- Respond to on-call duties within 30 minutes as needed.
- Adhere to the 50 Mile Radius Rule.
- Potential to float or be reassigned within clinical competence and within 35 miles of the original facility.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Active RN license (State or Compact).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Previous Operating Room experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility.
- Pediatric experience required.
- Strong Spine & Neuro experience.
- Ability to scrub is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Willingness to float to off shifts as needed.
- Flexibility with rotating shifts.
Additional Information:
- No RTO approved within the first two weeks of assignment.
- Medical and religious exemption requests from the seasonal influenza vaccination are allowed.
- Work schedule and assigned hours are based on departmental needs and may change.
- Off-shifts and weekend work may be required.
- Possible shifts include (but are not limited to): 09002100, 11002300, 15000300, 19000700.
- Position includes on-call responsibilities depending on staffing needs.
