OR RN\n\nSubmission Requirements: \n\nFLU VACCINATION IS REQUIRED - NO DECLINATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED \n\nUp to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in OR and documents travel experience. \n\nCHARGE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED \n\nSkills Checklist matching specialty \n\nCurrent BLS, PALS \n\nEMR REQUIRED- EPIC \n\nRTO MUST be included at time of submission \n\n* NICOTINE FREE FACILITY* must be tested along with drug screen. \n\nOR RN Shift: Variable Weekend/Weeknights. 2x12hr shifts. Nightshift. \n\nPediatric OR experience preferred. \n\nPrefer ability to scrub, but not required. \n\nMust have OR experience \n\nOffice surgery NOT acceptable \n\nNeuro, Ortho, ENT, General, Eyes experience required
