Shift: 3x12 Nights 1900-0730
Start: 3 weeks after signed contract

Locals accepted: Yes at reduced bill rate if under 100 miles to facility

RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission.
Approval will be based on facility's needs.
Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

Floating Policy for Contracted Staff s goal is to keep staff in their home unit. However, it is a requirement for all assignments that agency staff, regardless of unit or facility, must float to other units and/or campuses per request due to census concerns. Staff will only be floating to units they are qualified for and performing tasks for which competencies have already been demonstrated and documented.
