Job Description

A healthcare organization in PA is looking for a Registered Nurse to provide and supervise resident care in a long-term care setting. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Position Highlights

  • Supervise day-to-day nursing care provided by nursing assistants and LPNs
  • Administer medications and treatments and monitor resident response
  • Develop, review, and update resident care plans
  • Assist physicians with rounds, examinations, and treatments
  • Provide direct resident care and respond to changes in condition
  • Help orient nursing staff and support day-to-day staffing assignments

What We’re Looking For

  • Current Pennsylvania RN license or temporary work permit required at time of interview
  • BLS (AHA) required
  • New graduates welcome to apply
  • Nursing home experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
  • Ability to supervise nursing staff and respond effectively in emergency situations
