The nurses working in the Float Pool must be flexible, enjoy a variety of assignments and have the ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others. Limited weekend commitment and rotation required. Current Lawrence General Registered Nurses who are MNA members are alsoeligible to apply.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associates (ASN) with current BSN program enrollment or enrollment within 18 months of hire.
Massachusetts RN licensure in good standing
BLS Provider credentialed by American Heart Association by first day of employment
Minimum one year of direct patient care experience as an RN strongly preferred
Current Lawrence Hospital Registered Nurses who are MNA members are also eligible to apply
