Job Description
Summary:
- Location: Anschutz Medical Campus
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Shift: 12H Rotating Days/Nights or 12H Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday, days or nights)
- On Call Requirement: None
Requirements:
- Education: BSN
- Licensure/Certification: Colorado RN license
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in a comparable PICU as staff RN
- Minimum 3 years if no previous travel experience
- Experience caring for patients from birth to 21 years with various diagnoses
- Equipment Proficiency:
- Trilogy & Drager ventilators
- Codman ICP monitors
- Medfusion syringe pumps
- Baxter large volume IV pumps
- Certifications:
- Required: BLS, PALS
- Preferred: ACLS
Preferred Skills:
- Prefer 2 years staff experience
- 1 year travel experience in teaching facility PICU
