Floating between units: Yes; including Pedi Med/Surg and NICU
On-call: Not required
Weekends: Required; Variable
Block Scheduling: Not required; Self-scheduling available
Shift Details: 3 consecutive or split 12-hour shifts per week
Expected Ratios: 1:2
Special Requirements: PICU experience required
48-hour shifts: Not approved
