We are seeking compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) specializing in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized, high-quality care to critically ill infants, children, and neonates in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to critically ill pediatric or neonatal patients
Monitor patient conditions and assess vital signs, responses, and progress
Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
Operate and manage advanced life-support equipment (ventilators, incubators, etc.)
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams
Educate and support patients’ families during critical care situations
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in MN.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in PICU or NICU (preferred)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience with high-acuity patients and advanced monitoring systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
Certifications Required:
Unencumbered RN License in MN
BLS (Basic Life Support)
CPR/First Aid
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
