Registered Nurse (Home Health) – Full Time | Western Pennsylvania

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• 1+ year of experience as a Registered Nurse (Home Health experience preferred)
• Valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
• Valid certifications — any of the following:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance

In this role, you will provide high‑quality Home Health care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. You will support patient recovery, chronic‑condition management, and overall well‑being through coordinated, efficient, and patient‑centered care.

Top Skills Required

• 1+ year of RN experience (Home Health preferred)
• Active PA RN license
• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• BLS and CPR certification

• Reliable transportation and auto insurance
