Registered Nurse - Portland, OR

Currently we are searching for a Registered Nurse to fulfill an immediate contract vacancy for an exceptional Primary Care / Occupational Healthcare company located in Portland, OR




•        Start date: ASAP

•        Schedule: (Mid): Monday through Friday 3 pm to 11:30 pm

•        Local Pay: $60 - $65 an hour

•        Travel Pay: $2600 a week gross pay

•        Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision




JOB DESCRIPTION:

·      Responsible for performing duties of emergency response and urgent care.

·      Responsible for UDS, BAT, Acute/episodic care,,POC testing, conservative treatment etc.

·      Assesses needs of patients as assigned based on data collected through history, observation, physical examination and analysis of diagnostic data.

·      Provides appropriate nursing interventions, consistent with the Plan of Care and standards of practice, incorporating the Physician's prescribed medical plans of care.

·      Fosters an environment that demonstrates caring, compassion, and respect for all patients, families and visitors.

 

 We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:

·      Must have at least 3 years RN experience within ER, ICU, Urgent Care, or Acute Care setting.

·      Active RN license in OR required
