How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Champion compassionate patient care by delivering bedside support and clinical interventions that directly improve recovery outcomes and patient comfort.

• Drive clinical excellence through the meticulous documentation of patient journeys, ensuring the entire care team has the accurate data needed for high-quality, seamless transitions.

• Collaborate across specialties to execute personalized care plans, acting as the vital link between patients, families, and the broader medical team to ensure every voice is heard.

• Elevate safety standards by proactively monitoring patient environments and clinical indicators to prevent complications before they arise.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Red Cross or American Heart Association accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
