    Registered Nurse Practitioner (RN) – San Diego, CA

     

    A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical leadership, support evidence-based practice initiatives, and promote excellence in patient care. This opportunity is ideal for nursing professionals who are passionate about quality improvement, staff development, and advancing nursing practice within a collaborative healthcare environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the development and implementation of evidence-based nursing practices

    • Evaluate clinical processes and identify opportunities for quality improvement

    • Provide guidance, education, and mentorship to nursing staff

    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care outcomes

    • Participate in clinical program development and performance improvement initiatives

    • Assist with staff education, training, and competency development

    • Analyze patient care practices and recommend process enhancements

    • Support research, quality initiatives, and organizational change efforts

    • Promote compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements

    • Serve as a clinical resource for nursing teams and healthcare professionals

    Qualifications

    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure

    • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; advanced degree preferred

    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

    • Previous nursing leadership, education, quality improvement, or specialty practice experience preferred

    • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills

    • Experience supporting evidence-based practice and clinical improvement initiatives preferred

    • Ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
