Pride Health is hiring a Procedure Suit RN for a client in Mt Kisco, NY! (Contract)

Schedule: Day shift staggered

Contract: 6 month contract

Pay Rate: $40-45/hour

Specific Duties:

  • RN patient care in Procedure Suite
  • RNs responsible for safe, accurate and timely admission of patient into procedure suite, obtaining procedural and anesthesia consents, intra op responsibilities include assisting gastroenterologist during procedure, collection and documentation of specimens, safely recover and assess patients' readiness for discharge and provide post procedure instruction and address patient/escort questions.
  • Pre-procedure RNs also responsible for reviewing and assessing patients' appropriateness for procedure within outpatient suite as well as advising of medication issues/holds and/or pre-procedure testing requirements.
  • Responsible for preop and PACU areas

Must have qualifications/experience:

  • NY RN License
  • BLS Certification
  • Pre Op/Post Op experience
