Overview of the Progressive Care Unit: Imagine yourself as part of our dynamic team on the Progressive Care unit at Angel Medical Center. Our unit comprises of 30 beds where we care for a large spectrum of patients where we monitor and accommodate step-down, med-surg, and swing patients. Our patients are predominantly long-term and chronically ill and building relationships with our patients and their families is a key aspect of our unit, and we take joy in helping them throughout their healthcare journey. Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Implements medically prescribed interventions. What qualifications you will need: Preferred Experience: One year hospital nursing experience Required Education:
