The Southern Touch Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing Georgia Pediatric Program.
This field-based position is ideal for an RN who enjoys caring for medically fragile children, values clinical autonomy, and seeks opportunities to build meaningful relationships with the families they serve. You'll provide individualized care in the home while working alongside a supportive, nurse-led leadership team.

Patient Conditions:
Huntington’s Disease
Epilepsy / Seizure Activity
Ambulatory
Able to Perform Some Self-Care
Requires Assistance with Some ADLs
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient’s home
Monitor for seizure activity and changes in condition
Follow the patient’s seizure and safety plan
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Assist with ADLs as needed
Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
Communicate changes or concerns to the family and clinical team
Provide family education and caregiver support as appropriate
