Position Description: Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments these guaranteed hours do not include any on-call time worked

Comments And Notes: 14 HOUR POSITION - SAT/SUN 7H Shifts -- BILH coversheet required at time of submission -- Location: Danvers CSS- Psych RN needed - Responsibilities Are: Records and reports all observed symptoms, reactions to treatments and changes in patients safety status Administers medications to patients Collaborates with team in providing health information and maintains clients medical records Responds to patient care needs/issues and assists patients with activities of daily living, promoting a positive therapeutic environment Assists with the admitting, discharge and transfer process Participates in treatment team meetings & assists with development of care plans Qualifications: Valid and current Massachusetts licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Current certification in CPR Experience with addiction treatment services preferred, but not required Local and travel will be considered for this opening. Must be separated from BILH for 6 months in order to be considered for openings.
