Overview:
Shift: Full-time, 4 days per week, typically 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Flexible scheduling with the option to work until 6:30 PM on Tuesdays and leave early another day. The clinic closes at 2:00 PM on Fridays.

Responsibilities:
- Provide public health education and promote disease prevention within the community.
- Deliver direct patient care, including immunizations, family planning services, health screenings, and educational visits.
- Support communicable and infectious disease surveillance, investigation, outreach, and case finding.
- Participate in response efforts related to disease outbreaks, environmental hazards, and other public health concerns.
- Collaborate with community organizations, schools, businesses, and coalitions to address population health needs.
- Accurately collect, document, and maintain patient and public health data within medical record systems.
- Support vaccine management, quality control reviews, and public health program compliance.
Qualifications:
Education:
Experience:
- 2+ years of nursing experience.
- Public Health experience preferred.
License(s)/Certification(s):
- Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Demonstrated organization, communication, and documentation skills required.
- Ability to use usual and customary equipment necessary to perform the essential functions of the position.
