About the Company: Our client, a highly regarded 5-Star skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Western New York, is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to support their growing Rehab and Short Stay programs. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-focused care environment with strong staffing ratios and clinical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to short-term rehab and skilled nursing patients
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team
- Supervise CNAs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Support care planning and physician rounds
Minimum Requirements:
- Active NYS RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred (not required)
Compensation: $38–$41/hour (experience based)
- Evening and night shift differentials
- Excellent nurse-to-patient ratios (typically 9–12:1)
