This is a float position with opportunities across our various regions throughout Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky. Depending on the position and market, Resource Team nurses may float among designated facilities within their region, giving you the opportunity to expand your skills, build confidence, and become one of the most versatile nurses in the health system.

No two shifts are exactly alike. You'll experience different units, meet new teams, and develop a broad clinical skillset while making an impact across the Deaconess system.

Requirements

• Active RN license or valid compact RN license
• Compact license required for positions that float across state line

Preferred Experience

• One (1) year of acute care nursing experience
