Job Highlights:
Ripon Community Hospital is a brand-new facility, built in 2014. The Med.Surg Dept has 13 beds. It is connected to a 3 bed ICU. We offer a 4:1 patient to nurse ratio on days and a 5:1 patient to nurse ratio on nights. We have a CNA staffed on all shifts. We also have 24/7 security to help keep our patients and employees feeling safe. Our nurses work 12 hour shifts and every third weekend. Being such a small facility, we can get to know our patients and build a strong relationship with them.
Many nurses find Ripon Community Hospital Med Surg dept a great unit to start their career out in, and find they love it so much that they never leave!
