Position Summary
We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for 12-hour shifts in a skilled nursing and long-term care facility. This position is ideal for nurses who prefer longer shifts, fewer workdays per week, and strong team support.
You’ll work with experienced CNAs and an engaged clinical leadership team focused on consistency, accountability, and quality care.
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts (3x12s)
- Night shifts available
- Rotating or set schedules may be available
- Structured scheduling model designed to support consistency and work-life balance
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments
- Administer medications and treatments
- Oversee and support CNA staff
- Coordinate resident care and communicate with providers
- Ensure accurate EMR documentation
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Work Environment

Qualifications
- Active RN license
