Position Summary

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for 12-hour shifts in a skilled nursing and long-term care facility. This position is ideal for nurses who prefer longer shifts, fewer workdays per week, and strong team support.

You’ll work with experienced CNAs and an engaged clinical leadership team focused on consistency, accountability, and quality care.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts (3x12s)
• Night shifts available
• Rotating or set schedules may be available
• Structured scheduling model designed to support consistency and work-life balance

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments
• Administer medications and treatments
• Oversee and support CNA staff
• Coordinate resident care and communicate with providers
• Ensure accurate EMR documentation
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Work Environment

• Skilled nursing / long-term care facility
• Strong CNA team supporting nursing operations
• Residents with medical, dementia, and behavioral health needs
• Collaborative, team-based nursing environment

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
