Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide professional nursing care and support to patients in accordance with established clinical standards and organizational policies.
Conduct patient assessments and monitor patient needs, symptoms, and progress.
Coordinate patient care with physicians, nurses, specialists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
Provide patient education regarding medications, treatment plans, health conditions, and follow-up care.
Conduct telephone or virtual patient interactions when appropriate to the role and clinical protocols.
Review patient records, test results, care plans, and other clinical documentation.
Accurately document patient information, assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records.
Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans, appointments, medications, and care needs.
Identify changes in patient conditions and communicate concerns to the appropriate healthcare professional.
Assist with care coordination, discharge planning, referrals, and transitions of care as assigned.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable healthcare privacy and security requirements.
