We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a short-term temporary assignment with an innovative Adult Day Health Care program in Manhattan. If you have a passion for working with older adults and want to make an immediate impact, this could be the perfect opportunity.

You'll join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team providing compassionate care to adults with chronic medical conditions and vision impairments in a supportive, community-based setting.

What You'll Be Doing

• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments for program participants
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor medications and respond to medical concerns as needed
• Provide health education and counseling to participants and their families
• Promote a safe, healthy environment while supporting infection control initiatives
• Participate in quality improvement activities and maintain accurate documentation
• Help create a welcoming, engaging experience for participants every day

We're Looking For

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 3-5 years of recent nursing experience in Med/Surg, Long-Term Care, or Community Health
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• UAS-NY certification is preferred
