Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor patient health status. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Respond to medical emergencies and provide life-saving interventions as needed. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a safe and effective healthcare environment.
Registered Nurse (RN) license is required. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, though an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be accepted. Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications are mandatory. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Previous experience in a clinical setting is advantageous.
