Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health

Must Have: 

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Behavioral Health experience.
• Experience providing direct patient care in a behavioral health setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
  Preferred Qualifications:
• Additional Behavioral Health clinical experience.
• Acute Care experience.
• Emergency Room (ER) experience.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a behavioral health setting.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' physical and mental health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and support individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Monitor patient safety and respond to behavioral health emergencies.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements.
